For an ideal and safe experience, we recommend a clear, open indoor area suitable for the event. This ensures players have enough room to move freely without bumping into any obstacles. We can be flexible, so please discuss your venue with us.

All we need from you is the designated space and access to a standard electrical outlet for each VR station. We bring everything else: the headsets, the content, the sanitation station, and our expert guides!

Yes! Most standard-sized prescription glasses fit comfortably inside the headsets. Our guides can assist with adjusting the headset for a perfect fit, and for larger frames, we can provide a spacer to ensure comfort.

While many of our experiences are family-friendly, we adhere to the headset manufacturer's recommendation that users be 13 years of age or older. This is due to the ongoing visual development of younger children.

While a small percentage of people can be sensitive to VR, it is rare with modern headsets and the high-quality experiences we have chosen. We proactively prevent this by selecting comfortable, stationary games for first-timers and encouraging short breaks. Our guides are trained to spot any discomfort and can immediately switch the experience if needed.

Our hygiene protocol is extremely thorough. We meticulously disinfect all headsets and controllers with medical-grade wipes after every single use. We use professional-grade, untethered (wireless) headsets like the Meta Quest series. This means no clumsy wires to trip over, allowing for a safer and more immersive experience for your guests.

For most of our events, Yes. Our entire library of curated games and experiences is pre-loaded onto the headsets, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience. If you have a specific request for an online multiplayer game, we will discuss any internet requirements with you during the planning stage.

For large corporate events, multi-day bookings, or organizations booking multiple VR sessions, we can create custom packages with volume discounts. We provide mobile VR services throughout the entire Greater Toronto Area including Toronto (all neighborhoods - downtown, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke), Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, and Oshawa. Based in Mississauga, we can easily reach any location across the GTA. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our core service area. We strongly recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend events, corporate team building sessions, school programs during the academic year, and popular celebration dates. However, we understand that sometimes events come together quickly - we can often accommodate last-minute bookings within 48-72 hours if our schedule permits.
